Basic Package

  • Maintain your company bookkeeping

  • Allocation of Monthly Transactions (Maximum of 100 transactions)

  • Reconciliation of up to 1 checking and 1 saving accounts

  • Reconciliation of 1 credit card account

  • Prepare monthly financial reports (Balance sheet, Profit and loss, etc.)


Intermediate Package

  • Maintain your company bookkeeping

  • Allocation of Monthly Transactions (maximum of 150 transactions)

  • Reconciliation of up to 2 checking, 1 savings and 1 PayPal account

  • Reconciliation of up to 2 credit card accounts

  • Process vendor payments utilizing online banking

  • Client invoice creation

  • Prepare monthly client statements, if needed

  • Prepare monthly financial reports (Balance sheet, Profit & loss, etc.)

Premium Package

  • Reconciliation of up to 2 checking, 1 savings and 1 payroll account

  • Reconciliation of up to 2 credit card accounts

  • Process vendor payments utilizing online banking

  • Client invoice creation

  • Prepare monthly client statements, if needed

  • Prepare monthly financial reports (Balance sheet, Profit & loss, etc.)

  • Prepare 1099’s & W’2’s

  • Reports for year-end tax reporting

Having your QuickBooks reviewed on a quarterly or semi-annual basis will ensure transactions are being properly recorded and financial data is accurate which allows you to make those important business decisions. Plus ‘fixing-up’ your bookkeeping file will save money on those extra clean up tax preparation fees at year-end.
